The Grey, a bus station turned restaurant offers a tradition of transporting people to a destination, the destination is now one of elevated hospitality and intrinsic satisfaction.
As a group of consultants, we worked with our client to research and map out the core service offered by The Grey enterprise. Our client tasked us with the mission to discover how the two locations are communicating with one another so they can leverage opportunities for more streamlined processes.
