I hold a degree in Service Design with a minor in Art History, and my career has been shaped by a diverse range of experiences. From serving as a Soldier in the Army to enhancing guest services and security at Disney World, and from driving customer experience improvements at HP to my current role as a Service Designer working with both government and private sector clients, I've had the privilege of gaining a broad and deep understanding of various industries. These experiences have equipped me with unique perspectives that I leverage to guide my colleagues and myself in conducting thorough research and developing solutions that are truly informed by the needs of users.
Throughout my career, I've consistently solved complex problems by applying human-centered research and design thinking principles. My passion for understanding how systems and processes work drives me to continually ask deeper questions and seek innovative solutions. Working alongside diverse teams and clients has not only sharpened my ability to build strong relationships but also fueled my love for creating enriching interactions and experiences that make a meaningful impact.
